The concept balances curves and straight lines, creating harmony between contrasting forms. The palette transitions between cool greens/blues and warm tones, reinforcing balance.
The layout creates “neighborhoods” within the floorplate, each containing complete functions to reduce circulation distances.
Natural lighting is abundant due to the glass central core.
The main challenge was the irregular floor shape and pitched roof, which impacted acoustics and ceiling design coordination.
