Inmovila, part of the Vilaseca group, has designed its offices in Guayaquil to cover an area of 450 m². The design guides visitors through an interesting tour of the company’s values and mission, displayed on an exposed brick wall generously lit by a large window and decorated with a metal structure supporting small plant pots. The project is a sequence of spaces, beginning with a sober reception area, followed by the aforementioned corridor, which leads to the office area. At the end of the tour, the workspace is divided into a large open office, collaborative work modules with greater privacy, and personal offices. In all spaces, the use of walls as a support for images of different real estate projects built by the company stands out in celebration of its work.
