Located in Bogotá D.C., Cundinamarca, is the new operational headquarters of the Godoy Córdoba company. The main objective of this new location is to provide the necessary areas for future expansion, connecting the new space with other areas of the building that are already part of its operation, such as the 5th floor, the 11th floor, and the terrace. The project strategy stems from the concept of ‘Strategic Harmony,’ where a balanced and cohesive environment, with a professional and warm essence, is designed to optimise functionality, aligning with the operational and cultural needs of the organisation.
The main ideas of the project, such as simple circulation, sobriety, balance, elegance and noble materials, form the basis for the organisation of spaces and the choice of materials. At the same time, the client’s request was clear in that their corporate spaces on other floors had a language and rhythm in their offices that represented them and should be maintained. Therefore, the main guideline to be respected was consistency and similarity with the 5th floor of the building. The main challenge was how to meet the client’s objectives and maintain a look in line with their philosophy, given the functionality of the spaces and the requirements that arose during the construction phase.
