Globant is a leading Argentine company in digital and cognitive technology, founded in 2003, specialized in software development. Its “Outside in” project seeks to bring elements of outdoor landscapes such as the city, the sea, the forest and the sky inside the office. The layout consists of four spaces: open “City” office, “Sea” office with main meeting room, “Forest” area with meeting rooms and training room, and a relaxation area “Chillout Walking among clouds” with gym, bowling alley and cafeteria. Each space is designed to create specific experiences and sensations, using a matching color palette and materials. The main challenge was to distribute the workstations according to the client’s requests and the extensive space available on a single floor.
