The offices of Bavaria’s central regional office are located in the Elemento building, the client had two important needs, one for the sales management and another for the staff. For the management, they requested ample space since each management had enough occupancy, which was a great challenge for the design. A visit was made to the current sales management offices, which did not meet their needs, where we were able to identify design opportunities. Bavaria is nationally known and has left a great trajectory in the history of the beer industry, studying this our concept is the Legacy.
As design guidelines we started with private, semi-private and public circulations, leaving private and open spaces. In the fire tower we distributed the staff by designing a central element for meeting rooms and around it the open office, recreation area and cafeteria. In the air tower were located the sales managers, where it was a challenge for Diseño to locate the number of people required by the client, we started with a linear circulation and a central welcome.
At the beginning we started Bavaria as a Fast track project and the times were really short. However, during the process the times were changing and were longer than expected, so initially one of the remains was to make the basic scheme and the distribution of the program. After several meetings with the client we closed and adjusted the scheme to their needs. On the other hand, another challenge was to make the preliminary project adjusting the presence of brands that did not compete with each other within the design.
