This spectacular 2,868 m² project developed for the Globant company is located in the city of Santiago, Chile, in the Costanera Centre building between the 32nd and 33rd floors, boasting an excellent location and incredible panoramic views of the city.
The entire project is based on the concept of ‘Walking between two worlds,’ which presents us with scenarios that levitate between the concepts of light and darkness, up and down, full and empty. This is reflected in the layout, which creates a focal point that envelops the core of the project in dark-toned materials and contrasts the atmosphere with the light that enters through its facades, thus maintaining the light-dark relationship throughout the project.
Other relationships with the concept are the way in which uses are related in space, where the centre is more densely populated with private spaces (darkness) and an envelope (light) of open office space around its perimeter with a direct relationship to the project’s visuals.
As we move through the project, we encounter atmospheres inspired by concepts such as levitation, light, attraction, speed, stellar bodies, and gradients, among others.
Vinyl paints ranging from pure white to black, noble materials such as wood in neutral tones, metallic accents, and lighting as a cross-cutting element that ties the whole look together.
The challenges of this project were to come up with a disruptive layout that had a direct relationship with the concept and was attractive to the client.
