Globant is an Argentine technology company and leader in software development. The concept “Things As They Are” highlights the richness of materials in their purest state, based on three key ideas: honest structures, raw materials, and ornamental elements rooted in material integrity.
The layout follows a work-café style, where the Globar, dining area, and open office share a single open space, allowing diverse work typologies and flexibility. Fully enclosed areas include meeting rooms and a support services zone with collaborative area, phone booths, game zone, copy point, storage, and IT room.
The look and feel are expressed through raw materials such as glass, metal, wood, and concrete, prominently featured due to the existing building structure. Bright accents (turquoise, green, red) contrast with neutral base tones. Glass partitions were used instead of drywall thickening to highlight the building’s authentic structure.
The greatest challenge was creating color and high impact within the constraints of the building, which prohibited intervention on existing concrete walls.
