In this project, the first cluster of agencies and companies of the WPP group in Colombia was developed. In this building, 9 agencies of the group meet, and in this case we have the advertising agency Ogilvy.
Regarding the architectural distribution, what was sought by standards and brand manuals of the WPP group worldwide, was to have the work stations in an open office and, as a complement, closed meeting and concretion spaces. Thus creating collaborative spaces such as the scenarios at different levels that the project has. The different scenarios that are developed in the Project are created by elevated platforms at different heights that show a hierarchy in front of the other more private spaces.
