Roche’s project in Mexico City seeks to transform 7 floors of offices into a multidisciplinary laboratory for the pharmaceutical industry. The design uses innovative methodologies and centralizes closed spaces in the core of the building, with perimeter circulation to take advantage of natural light. Each floor is distinguished by a unique color in details such as acoustic baffles and carpentry, maintaining unity in the building. The project was adapted to pandemic safety measures during its development.
