IGT Solutions is a leading global customer experience company focused on high-growth travel and technology BPO services. For its new offices, located in the Connecta Gold Business Complex, the client wanted to relocate as many employees as possible in the shortest time possible. This was a fast-track project, in which design and construction were carried out almost simultaneously. In terms of the design concept, we strictly followed the company’s brand book and the design guidelines of each partner brand.
The architectural layout of the project is in line with the client’s workplace requirements. Workstations with acoustic partitions are distributed in such a way as to meet the headcount and optimise space in the best possible way. The project is divided into three main areas: zone A, zone B and zone C, each corresponding to a different airline. Common areas such as the break room, locker corridors, training room and cafeteria seek to express IGT’s identity and create a slightly more fun and relaxed atmosphere.
The biggest challenge for this project was time. Achieving the design and doing so in a strictly accurate manner so as not to have any errors on site was quite an interesting exercise. There was a minor issue with the dimensions planned for the technical room, which was resolved by working as a team with the engineers, who proposed a successful solution. Having the opportunity to review the wall finishes, paintwork and graphic image once the architecture was complete was very positive for the speed of the project.
