A recurring client with an established design manual. The project was fully developed in English. The concept “Equilibrium” was applied primarily to key spaces.
Layout prioritized optimal views, positioning Boardroom, Chillout, and Welcome in prime locations. Circulation guided the distribution of meeting rooms and secondary spaces.
The look and feel combined cool tones (green, blue, purple) with warm wood and leather.
Key challenges included producing all construction drawings and deliverables in English and specifying locally available Indian suppliers unfamiliar to the design team.
