NTT Data is a company whose area of work is technology, and based on this and taking into account the place where the project will be built, the concept of floating nature was defined, which seeks to integrate the landscape of hot air balloons in Bajío with the various activities carried out by the company.
The strategy that was proposed for the design focused on the needs of the client in terms of spatiality, but the budget they had was also taken into account, so many spaces were developed in open areas. The color palette of the project is the one they have predetermined by guidelines, blue, gray, some shades of brown and white for the most part.
The challenges of the project have been several because it is a large space, the needs are broad and the budget is small, so integrating these elements has been complex. Also, the client proposing an office for young people and not having a variety of colors or finishes in the guidelines has been a great challenge. A great achievement of the project has been to have designed all the spaces and to have complied with the program, seeking the greatest economy and reduction of architectural elements for the space.
