Endava is a technology company whose purpose is to reinvent the relationship between people and technology. It has offices around the world and in this case it was proposed to create an office located in the city of Cali, on a 3rd floor, with an area of 598.61m2. The initial concept implemented in the project is the Expansive Effect, which is based on that point of contact as a first impact that generates an effect of harmony and distribution. This Project was carried out hand in hand with the offices in Medellin, for which the same general concept is used, giving each one a part of it. In the case of Cali, the concept represented in floors is considered, inspired by the Pacific and its characteristics.
As a distribution strategy in space with respect to interior design. It is proposed to leave the open spaces on the façade with natural lighting and thus provide the entrance and permeability of natural lighting to closed spaces, such as conference rooms. A central axis is generated, with collaborative areas that connect the work spaces. Providing spaces for connection and collaboration between the company’s employees. Recreational spaces are created, such as the gaming area with an Arcade Games concept, and the cafeteria with a tavern-style pub concept. The color palette uses blue tones with orange contrasts, giving it a touch of the brand’s identity. With this, we manage to bring the colors and organic shapes of the Pacific, bringing a touch of technology, nature, and branding of the brand.
