Endava Medellín occupies the 19th and 20th floors of the FIC building in Medellín, Colombia, with a total area of 1,500 m² that includes offices, reception, cafeteria and terrace. The design is based on the “Expansive effect” concept that connects Endava’s projects in Medellín and Cali, taking inspiration from the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. Natural lighting and materials, such as wood and earth and green colors, are used to evoke the organic shapes of the mountains. The layout seeks to maximize natural light and favors collaborative spaces, connecting individual ones from a central point. The project overcame challenges in the layout of spaces and in customer satisfaction in terms of images and styles.
