For the Globant Magarpatta project, the “Surreal Inception” project was created, inspired by the stages of sleep. The architectural layout reflects the four stages of sleep, from NREM 1 to REM, with colours and design becoming more abstract as you progress. Materials such as mirrors, metal mesh and neon lights were used to create a dreamlike experience. The biggest challenge was to distribute the programme across a single 4000 m² floor and create a dynamic open office that did not feel repetitive.
