Moma Holdings’ project consisted of designing and building its new offices in Panama. The headquarters occupies 340 m² on the 18th floor of the Time Square Building and is based on the concept of “Infinite Horizons,” which seeks proportion, harmony and balance through pure geometric shapes, textures and natural elements.
The architectural layout creates spaces that reflect the search for balance and harmony, using natural materials and a palette of neutral and warm colors. The design also incorporates symmetrical elements to guide the user towards framed views towards the exterior and interior. The main challenge was to maintain privacy in a financial advisory firm while encouraging collaboration and group meetings through various meeting places on the floor.
