The initial challenge of the project was to develop an Archetype that would identify the user of the offices and to be able to reuse existing furniture in order to develop modern spaces that would meet the client’s expectations.
The Project contains a reception, a coffee laboratory with 4 areas (storage, analysis, roasting and cupping), as well as 4 meeting rooms, 2 concentration spaces, 2 private offices and a dining room with a games and activities area.
A key factor in the development of the plant was to generate better communication between the work groups, seeking a more direct and dynamic communication; Regarding the materiality of the project, the implementation of neutral but fresh colors was proposed, accompanied by wood tones and some graphic applications that show a historical development of the company, as well as light tones for the floors.
